Just what is Yoga4Geezers? It's about mind, body, spirit. It's about pooping regularly - There's just no way around it. If that is something you want, you have got to move and groove.

First, in order to BE A GEEZER you meet one or more of the criteria below:?

1. are new to yoga;
2. are easily distracted, operating in monkey-mind mode, jumping from one anxiety-filled thought to another;
3. are physically inflexible, unable to relax tired shoulders, look over the shoulder, touch toes;
4. feel pain in low back, knees, or joints in general;
5. have headaches;?
6. have poop issues?
7. have a hard time generating compassion for others, let alone self.

Geezer.

You're never too young to be one.?It has nothing to do with age.

Yoga4Geezers is a pleasant, relaxing yet stimulating yoga class that accepts you where you're at and takes you gently to the next level, a level with a little less pain, a little more mobility, and a lot more relaxation. No matter your fitness level, body type, body shape, spiritual affiliation, or experience with yoga, Yoga4Geezers invites you to feel better - mind, body, spirit.?

Yoga4Geezers teaches students how to move their unique bodies in a way that promotes self-healing, relaxation, better sleep, better pooping. Think about it. Newborn babies can't even lift their heads. What do they do? Wiggle around, stretch, twist, flex, curl, and straighten. Yoga4Geezers employs what we know now with time-tested yoga movement in a way that allows you to wiggle, stretch, twist, flex, curl, and straighten your way to overall health and wellbeing.?
